EZ Street Driving School works with Oroville High School students who are preparing for the California permit and license process. The goal is to give new drivers a clear path from studying California driving rules to developing practical habits behind the wheel.

Students at Oroville High School can complete the learning portion online while working around classes and activities. The course introduces the traffic rules and safe-driving concepts used later during in-car lessons. The flexible format lets students revisit difficult topics and build a stronger understanding of safe choices before they begin driving practice. Working through the material before in-car lessons can help students arrive with a stronger understanding of the rules they will be asked to apply in real traffic.

Classroom Learning

Students who do not want a fully online course can ask about classroom learning options. These sessions are usually limited and can fill fast when school is out. The structured format can make it easier to build a consistent study routine before the permit-test step. Students can work through traffic-law topics in a guided setting and use the class time to clarify material that may feel difficult when studying alone.

Behind-The-Wheel Training

After a permit is issued, Oroville High School students can schedule behind-the-wheel instruction with a certified trainer. Lessons can cover vehicle control, observation, turns, lane changes, parking, and DMV road-test preparation. Lessons can be spaced over time so students have a chance to practice with family between sessions and return with questions for their instructor. By working through real driving situations step by step, students have time to develop the awareness and consistency needed for everyday California roads. This gradual approach helps students build experience without rushing from one skill to the next, giving them a more dependable foundation for driving with family and eventually on their own.

DMV Package

We also have a great package that includes a little extra for each student who chooses to use this service. If the DMV package is chosen, we handle scheduling with the DMV for the drivers test. We also will pick up and drop off the student before and after the license test. Even more, we will let the student use our car, the same car we’ve been training in, for their license test.
